Finally Blogging??

After being married for almost a year and a half, and having quite the exotic vacations, I am finally getting to a posting!  Since Chad's and my wedding on 5/28/2011, we have gone to Antigua for our honeymoon, Maui for a week getaway, and China for a two week culture experience. 

Right before leaving to China, Chad and I found out that I was PREGNANT.  what???  Little did we know that God obviously had other plans for us instead of waiting for us to "pick" the right time. 

Well now, flash forward to today, November 5th (day before the Presidential Election!), I am now officially 33 weeks pregnant, due on Christmas Eve (In all other circumstances, I would have planned AWAY from a baby being born so close to Christmas, but like I said, God had a different plan). 

No you will not be getting weekly pictures of my growing belly, but when this baby arrives, I will post a ton of pictures of the child... which is still nameless... and that freaks me out. 

I do love that Chad and I decided to not find out what we are having.  People don't like that I call the baby an "IT" for now, but... I find it to be endearing.  :)

Well, I better save and publish this, or it may be another year before I get back to it!
